• Driver License or State Issued ID

• Must enroll in 24, 36, or 48 month RTO plan (60 months do not qualify)

• Building price must be under $12,000

• First monthly payment must be made at delivery of shed

• Dog Kennels and Greenhouses do not qualify for $0 Down. All other buildings under $12,000 qualifies.

 

$0 Rent to own is a flexible agreement with stipulations that if you go the full term of the rental contract 24, 36, or 48 consecutive payments, the rental payments end and you take possession of the shed. Each payment you make is split into a rental fee and reducing your remaining payoff balance. 

Note: You can choose to purchase at any time, no matter how long the rent-to-own agreement is. You are 100% in control of the total cost of your shed!
